OTs-14 Build in Girls' Frontline 2

OTs-14 is the playable debut of a Doll long-time commanders already know from story and from Groza’s face. She is an Elite AR Sentinel and the first kit with the Resonance attribute: her damage reads as every phase at once (Burn, Freeze, Electric, Corrosion, Hydro — not Physical), so she adapts to the squad she stands in. She can play sub-DPS or support depending on Cover Order versus Demolition Order. Her Targeted Procurement opened with Chiral Redundancy Part 1 on 27 August 2026 and closes 16 September 2026. Signature weapon is Capitoline. The wedding-themed Destined Love outfit is the GFL1 White Day dress, redesigned.

V0 is a complete kit. She is commonly cited as A-tier on combined 2026 lists: flexible, not a default Klukai replacement. Evaluate her after a Phase core exists.

Resonance, Orders, and the rotation

Cellular Reconfiguration picks a bonus from the team’s dominant phase. If no colour holds a majority, Reconfiguration – Zero buffs her personal damage instead. Resonance hits benefit from any elemental Phase Boost attachment set except Physical. You do not farm five extra sets. One elemental set is enough.

She starts in Cover Order. In that stance she supports the team and records allied damage through Command Mode. Perfect Adaptation swaps her to Demolition Order, which turns that recorded value toward her own attacks. The skill can be used several times per turn (three at base). Sundering Demolition (ultimate) converts the accumulated Command Mode damage into Overload Pulse, applies a mobility down cone, and enables Reverse Assimilation so Critical Blast can cash the store as extra fixed damage.

Practical V0 loop:

1. Deploy her as the fifth member of a Phase core from team comps. Let the actual carry shoot first.
2. Stay in Cover Order while Klukai, Qiongjiu, Leva, or Makiatto feed the recorder.
3. Swap to Demolition when you want her personal burst, or stay Cover if the map is punishing.
4. Ultimate when the store is fat, then spend Overload Pulse. Do not open the fight with an empty Sundering Demolition.

Stat priority: Attack Boost > Crit DMG > Attack > Crit Rate. Attachment set: any elemental Phase Boost (Corrosion, Freeze, Burn, Hydro, Electric). Universal sets such as Phase Strike still work. Physical Boost does not.

Keys and Vertebrae

Useful Fixed Keys:

• Plunderer’s Pace — extra movement after Total Suppression or Perfect Adaptation. Default mobility Key.
• Destructive Desire — forces Reconfiguration – Zero. Correct for most V0–V5 accounts that want her personal damage rather than a weak minority-phase bonus.
• Single-Minded Obsession — more active-attack damage when you only hit one target. Boss Key.
• At All Costs — damage taken down in Cover Order. Survival Key.

Source of Pride is the Common Key that feeds Critical Blast’s fixed damage. Load Plunderer’s Pace / Destructive Desire / Source of Pride as the general three. Swap Obsession in for bosses. Full Key philosophy lives on weapons and builds.

Do not 160 a second copy until attachments and Helix on V0 are finished. Do not chase V6 because a screenshot said Freeze Reconfiguration is cute.

Capitoline and Destined Love

Capitoline is her Elite AR (medium ammo). Effect: active-attack damage up (20% at R1, 40% at R6). If an active deals no damage, she gains Attack for the round — which matches Perfect Adaptation and other non-damage stance tools. Trait: exploiting a weakness ignores 20% Defense. Imprint: extra damage to debuffed targets and Orlog Conglomerate enemies.

Capitoline is the best gun for her and a strong general AR, but Planeta, Golden Melody, and Groza-3 remain usable. Weapon banners have their own pity (soft ~50, hard 70, worst case 140). Pull the Doll first. A V0 OTs-14 on Groza-3 will outperform a Capitoline sitting on an empty slot.

Destined Love is the outfit. It does not change Keys. Buy it if you like the dress; do not convert Collapse Pieces for it on 15 September.

Teams she actually enters

She is a flexible fifth, not a reason to rebuild five cores on debut week.

• Corrosion: Klukai + Lind/Basti + OTs-14 in Cover Order. Reconfiguration Zero until V6.
• Burn: Qiongjiu + Vector/Lewis + OTs-14 recording follow-ups.
• Electric: Leva + Sextans/Jiangyu + OTs-14 on the burst turn.
• Hydro: Tololo + Springfield + OTs-14. Still Zero at ordinary investment.
• Freeze: Makiatto/Robella + Suomi/Alva. V6 Freeze Reconfiguration is the late luxury.
• Physical: She does not deal Physical. Reconfiguration Zero lets her sit as an independent barrel next to Voymastina. She will not ride Yoohee’s Physical-only buffs.

If the “weakest link” on a core is a level-20 SR, she replaces that slot. If the weakest link is “I have no Support,” pull a Support instead.

Skip for Soppo?

Soppo (M4 SOPMOD II) arrives 17 September 2026 through 7 October 2026 as the first dual Freeze+Burn Elite AR. Pity does not carry. OTs-14’s banner dies 16 September 2026, 18:59 UTC-4.

Keep pulling OTs-14 if you already have 60+ into her banner, you want a Resonance flex more than a dual-tile carry, and your Freeze/Burn cores are already staffed.

Stop and save if you cannot finish 80–160, you specifically want Soppo’s tiles, or this would be a last-hour convert. A 40-pull “test” is how you own neither. Log the number, then either commit or walk. Reunion Oath will not print OTs-14; that selector is the launch-through-anniversary pool.

Build the copy you keep: Reports, Capitoline or a substitute AR, one elemental attachment set, Plunderer’s Pace, Destructive Desire. Then stop shopping. The Commander who finishes V0 OTs-14 on a real Phase team will get more fights out of Resonance than the Commander who owns Destined Love and an empty Helix.
