Girls' Frontline 2 Pity Planner

This page is a planning article for Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium gacha math. It does not read your account and it is not a JavaScript pity app. Use it to decide whether you can afford the next banner before you convert Collapse Pieces. Numbers below describe Global as commonly documented for limited character banners: hard pity 80, soft pity around 58, 50/50 on the featured Elite, 160 as the worst case if you lose the 50/50 and hit hard pity twice. Always confirm live rates in your client — Darkwinter and Haoplay can show the same rules, but shop conversions and event tickets sometimes differ, and accounts do not transfer.

Limited character banners (the plan you actually need)

Each pull on a limited character banner costs one Targeted / Premium Access Permission, or Collapse Pieces converted in the shop. The shop rate is typically 150 Collapse Pieces per Permission. If your client shows a different number, trust the shop, not this sentence.

• Base Elite rate is low (commonly cited around 0.6% before soft pity).
• Soft pity begins near pull 58: the Elite rate climbs until hard pity.
• Hard pity guarantees an Elite Doll at pull 80. The counter then resets.
• That Elite is 50/50 to be the featured limited. Lose it, and the next Elite on this banner type is the featured name.
• Ugly ceiling: 160 pulls (80 + 80) if you lose 50/50 and hit hard pity twice.
• Pity does not share across banners. A 70-pull on one Targeted window does not greet you on the next, and it never carries onto Standard or the weapon banner. Read the in-client banner detail, then log the number here.

If you cannot name the Doll you are buying with that 160-pull ceiling, do not convert the Pieces. Who to Pull exists so Klukai, Suomi, Springfield, or a Phase carry is a decision, not a panic tap. You do not need every limited Elite.

Collapse Pieces to pulls (typical 150 rate)

Check the shop rate in your client. If it is 150 Pieces per Permission, these round numbers apply:

Event tickets, rebate ladders, and mailbox Permissions change the real cost. Count tickets in inventory first, then Pieces. Do not convert 24,000 Pieces “just in case” if you already hold 40 Permissions.

Beginner banner: 50 pulls, 8-ticket 10-pulls

The beginner / starter Procurement is a capped banner: 50 pulls total, tens only, with an Elite guaranteed inside that window. Each ten-pull costs eight Access Permissions instead of ten. That discount is the entire reason to finish it before you touch a limited banner.

Use it to land a usable Elite, then move. Do not save beginner pulls for a future limited — the cap and the pool are not the limited banner. After the 50, go to standard for Qiongjiu and Tololo (the beginner targets on Best Dolls) or to a limited that fills a Phase hole.

Standard Procurement and the 260 selector

Standard pity is also 80 hard / ~58 soft. There is no featured limited. The Elite drop is a 50/50 between an Elite Doll and an Elite weapon from the permanent pool, so a “pity” here can be a gun. Pity does not transfer to limited banners.

After 260 pulls on Standard Procurement you get a one-time selector for a standard Elite Doll or weapon. Plan it. Qiongjiu and Tololo are the usual Doll answers for accounts that still lack them. Spending the selector on a name you will replace in two patches is how the gift evaporates. Regular Access Permissions (the standard tickets) should not be converted into limited tickets on a whim.

Weapon banners (separate track)

Limited signature weapons use a separate pity counter: commonly soft pity near 50, hard pity 70, 50/50 on the featured gun, worst case around 140. Confirm the live rate screen in your client. Signatures help and are not mandatory at V0. See Weapons and Builds. Do not empty character pity to “finish” a gun on an unbuilt Doll.

A simple decision tree

1. Is the featured Doll a hole in a Phase core you already play? If no, skip. Team Compositions.
2. How many limited Permissions do you hold, and what is the current pity counter (visible on the banner)?
3. Budget 80 if you are already on guaranteed featured (lost the last 50/50). Budget 160 if you are not.
4. Convert Collapse Pieces only to cover that budget, at the live shop rate.
5. Stop when the Doll is in the account. Copies are Vertebrae breakpoints, not an entry fee.

New accounts should also finish Reroll and Getting Started before treating 24,000 Pieces as a weekend plan. Free-to-play income comes from Patrol, dailies, events, and codes — not from converting every Piece the hour a trailer drops.

Write the budget on a note: current pity, guaranteed or not, Permissions in the bag, Pieces at the shop rate. If the featured name is still a “maybe” after that note, keep the Pieces. The next patch will offer another banner; this planner’s job is to keep you from arriving there at zero.
