Support Tier List

This page ranks Supports for Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium on Global. Snapshot: Chiral Redundancy / late August 2026. Commonly cited S-tier names come from 2026 Global write-ups (Dexerto, Pocket Gamer); they are not gospel. Meta shifts. A Support who looks mandatory in Freeze may be a flex slot in Corrosion next patch.

Pair this with the DPS Tier List, Who to Pull, and the Tier List Hub. Team cores live on Team Compositions. Roster context is on the Dolls Hub. Builds — Keys, Neural Helix, attachments — are on Weapons and Builds.

Support here means “this Doll’s job is to keep the squad shooting”: shields, heals, cleanses, Stability recovery, Phase enablers, and Action Support. Qiongjiu is Action Support DPS and is ranked in detail on the DPS page; she is mentioned here so you do not staff a “Support slot” with a second shielder when what you needed was her follow-ups. Vector is a Support-class Burn enabler with carry damage — she appears on both lists on purpose.

You do not need every limited Support. One flex kit plus a Phase enabler beats a museum of V0 shielders.

S-tier Support (commonly cited)

Suomi is the standout Support. Frost Barriers, cleanse, healing, and Stability recovery let aggressive tiles happen without a wipe. She flexes onto Freeze cores and mixed teams. If you own one premium Support and you are not sure who to raise, it is Suomi. She is not mandatory to start the game; she is the highest ceiling for “my squad lives.”

Springfield is Hydro Support. Long-range care, team buffs, and Hydro enable are why Hydro cores exist as a plan instead of “Tololo plus whoever.” Pull her when Tololo is already built and Hydro tiles keep appearing on bosses and events. She is a team-defining Support, not a generic heal stick.

Vector enables Burn. Overburn loops, follow-up pressure, and personal damage make her the reason Burn teams stop feeling like “Qiongjiu plus filler.” If you are not playing Burn, her value drops; do not force her onto Freeze just because she is S-tier on a combined list.

Helen and Basti show up on commonly cited S rows as Freeze and Corrosion Support specialists. Helen reinforces Freeze utility beside Suomi or as a second Freeze piece. Basti (MK23) is a Corrosion Support name you raise when Klukai’s team needs a dedicated enabler rather than another generic shield. Treat both as Phase pieces, not as Suomi replacements.

A-tier Support you will actually use

Centaureissi is a workhorse healer/utility Support. She is how many accounts survive before Suomi. Ksenia is Burn Support on an SR path: heals, Stability, Overburn help, and Action Support. Copies come naturally; V1 and V4 are the breakpoints that matter, not a paid V6.

Sabrina is the usable tanky Support/frontliner for beginners. She is not Suomi. She is the reason you can stop dying in story maps while pity builds. Daiyan is a Physical/support hybrid — functional, available, not a reason to skip Springfield or Suomi.

Andoris is Electric Support: she is how Electric teams get a second name besides the carry. Lainie and Loreley are A-tier utility/amplifiers. Loreley in particular shows up in Burn and flex conversations; raise her when you own the Phase, not as a first pull. Jiangyu straddles Support and DPS through Defense Down and cleanse — if your Electric carry is naked, she is often the missing piece.

OTs-14 can Support via Cover Orders while dealing Resonance damage. New as of August 2026. Flexible is not the same as “replace Suomi.” Evaluate her as a new limited after a core exists.

Lower priority and common mistakes

Colphne and similar early Supports are tutorial tools. Keep a built one until Centaureissi, Sabrina, or Suomi exists, then stop feeding them Combat Reports. Do not staff four Supports and one DPS; the DPS Tier List is not optional reading. Do not pull a second limited shielder because the first one is “only V0” — V0 Suomi or V0 Springfield already does the job while attachments and Keys come online.

Action Support is not the same as a shield. If your Klukai or Makiatto is already living through the fight, the Support slot may want Qiongjiu or Vector rather than another barrier. Read Combat Tiles before you blame the Support for deaths that were full-cover mistakes.

How to staff a Support slot

  • No premium Support yet: Sabrina or Centaureissi. Farm. Wait.
  • Freeze or mixed survival problems: Suomi.
  • Hydro tiles and Tololo built: Springfield.
  • Burn with Qiongjiu/Sharkry: Vector, with Ksenia as the budget enabler.
  • Electric carry, no setup: Andoris or Jiangyu.
  • Corrosion carry, need an enabler: Basti or a flex Suomi, depending on what you own.

Match the Support to the Phase on Team Compositions. Check Current Banners before converting Collapse Pieces; pity math is on the gacha pity guide and Pity Planner.

A Support rank is a staffing guide, not a collect-them-all list. Raise the one who keeps your existing carry shooting, then spend stamina on Combat Reports for that pair. A third unused limited Support does not make Gunsmoke easier.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers commanders actually search for.

Who is the best Support in Exilium?

Suomi is the standout Support on Global as of Chiral Redundancy. Springfield is the Hydro equivalent. Vector is the Burn enabler. You do not need all three.

Can I skip Suomi if I have Sabrina and Centaureissi?

Yes, for a long time. They are A-tier usable Supports. Pull Suomi when you want a ceiling upgrade, not because early story is unbeatable without her.

Should Qiongjiu take a Support slot?

Often yes, if your squad already lives. She is Action Support DPS. See the DPS Tier List for the damage ranking and Team Compositions for how she is staffed.

Is Vector worth it if I do not play Burn?

Usually no. Her S-tier case is Burn enable plus personal damage. Flex her only if you are ready to build that Phase.

Do Supports need signature weapons?

No. V0 with a crafted Elite weapon is practical. Signatures help; Keys and attachments matter more for most Support kits. See Weapons and Builds.
